OIC Condemns Mogadishu Terrorist Attack

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned the terrorist attack that rocked Mogadishu, the Somali capital, on Saturday, 23 March 2019, claiming the lives of innocent citizens, including the Assistant Minister of Labor.

Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, the OIC Secretary General, offered his condolences to the families of the victims and the people and the Government of the Republic of Somalia.

Al-Othaimeen reiterated the steadfast principled stand of the OIC that unequivocally and categorically condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and affirmed the OIC support to the Government of Somalia in its sincere efforts to uproot terrorism and extremism.
