Prominent Bangladeshi singer and music director KaushikHossainTaposh receives the prestigious “DadasahebPhalke Excellence Award 2018”. As a first Bangladeshi music director, he bagged the award for “Best Singer and Music Director” (Bangladesh) at a programme held in Mumbai on April 21. Marking the 149th birth anniversary of DadasahebPhalke, many other Bollywood stars including ShahidKapoor, RajkummarRao, RanaDaggubati, ShilpaShetty, KritiSanon and Karan Johar bagged the best awards in different categories for their contributions to Indian films.
