The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) welcomed the formation of the Government of the Republic of Sudan as announced by the Sudanese Prime Minister, Dr. Abdullah Hamduk.
The OIC Secretary General, Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, issued a statement in which he welcomed the new ministerial formation and expressed the hope that this step will contribute to the consolidation of peace, security and development in the beloved country of Sudan.
Al-Othaimeen affirmed the OIC’s unwavering stand in support of the Republic of Sudan, in its rebuilding action and its drive towards peace and security.
