High Commissioner of Jamaica H.E. Mr. Jason Keats Matthew Hall presented credentials to the Hon’ble President on January 31, 2024.
Earlier, the High Commissioner paid homage to the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at his mausoleum in Tungipara.
During the stay, the High Commissioner called on the Foreign Minister,Speaker, and the Prime Minister and attended the opening session of the 12th National Parliament. The High Commissioner congratulated the Hon’ble Prime Minister and the new government on their remarkable victory at the national elections held on 07 January 2024.
