The Minister of State and Foreign Affairs Paulo Rangel met with his Spanish counterpart José Manuel Albares in Madrid on his first bilateral visit. They prepared for the October summit in Portugal. On the agenda are energy and transport interconnections, EU enlargement, and excellent cooperation on the conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza.
