Director General Krishnaswamy Natarajan, PTM, TM, Chief of Indian Coast Guard is visiting Bangladesh from 15 to 18 Sep 2019. The Director General is accompanied by two delegation members.
During the visit, the Director General will be Calling On high ranking dignitaries of Bangladesh viz. the Home Minister, Chief of Naval Staff, Director General of Bangladesh Coast Guard etc. The Director General will also attend the High Level Meeting between Indian and Bangladesh Coast Guards.
The visit of the Chief of Indian Coast Guard to Bangladesh will strengthen defence cooperation particularly in the field of maritime domain and will fortify the close and fraternal ties existing between the Coast Guards of the two countries.
