An Emiratis Food Festival and Cultural Show have started on Tuesday at the Hotel Sarina in association with the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Dhaka. The festivals titled “Ultimate Dubai @Hotel Sarina: #Visit #Eat #Know–UAE”. Ambassador of United Arab Emirates H.E. Saed Mohammed AlMheiri,inaugurated the food festival in the evening at Summerfield Restaurant in Hotel Sarina. The UAE envoy said, his country is a trusted cooperative partner of Bangladesh for trade, investment and human resource mobilization and have close cultural ties. This kind of initiative will enhance bilateral brotherly relation in a new height by connecting people to people contact and sharing each other’s foods and culture, he further added. Various favorite and delicious dishes from Emirates have been taken place in the Buffet Menu. Among the dishesMarguga,Archia, Khobuskhamir, Lamb Jamboos, Macaroni pasta with béchamel sauce and Mutton tikkakabab in Arabian Style are mentionable. Other than main dishes Emirates appetizer and desserts were also available over there. For the visitors, there will have been a lucky coupon and winner will get air ticket of Dhaka–Sarjah-Dhaka.Deputy Head of the mission of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates and Ambassadors from the different Arab countries also joined the festival. This festival will continue till December 09, 2018 from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm. Spread over six days, there will relish the Emiratis and other Arabian cuisines and showcase the dishes. Besides, the local foodies will also be able to taste the Emiratis and Arabian cuisines at an Arabian environment.
